SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that the shipping address will be taken from the order. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.

TRACKING AN ORDER
We will send out notifications again when your order is ready to ship, issue your shipment tracking number, and provide a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking site. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.
IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of an address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require a refund. Please note that for the personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
